What this is
Private Advisory is a deeper advisory container for solo experts who already know the business needs more than a diagnosis.
This is for the point where work may be coming in, but it is not leading somewhere better.
The right people are not landing cleanly. Enquiries are too broad, too small, too vague or too inconsistent. You may still be relying on referrals to get into the right rooms, or being brought in for work that no longer reflects the level you want to be known, trusted and paid for.
This is where we reposition the business properly.
Not by throwing more content, noise or ideas at it.
By working on the parts of the business that shape what people come to you for, what they expect from you, how they understand your value, and whether they see you at the level you are ready to operate at.

What your messaging, offers, profile and overall presence are quietly teaching people to believe about your value, your level, and the kind of work you should be hired for.
The quality of demand being created
Whether the business is attracting serious buyers, vague interest, lower-level work, or attention that looks promising but never quite turns into the opportunities you actually want.
Where you are being brought in
Whether people are coming to you early enough for your judgement to matter, or only once the work has already been narrowed, lowered, or boxed in.
What needs to shift first
What needs tightening, removing or repositioning so the business starts leading to better-fit clients, stronger opportunities and more of the right work.
