ABOUT EUNICE
I help experts build businesses that lead to better clients, better opportunities, and better rooms.

MEET EUNICE
I’m a commercial positioning advisor for consultants, advisors and specialists who want their business to be understood, trusted and bought at the right level.
But I did not build this by getting everything right from day one.
For the first 11 months of my business, I did not make a pound. I was trying to work out what I should offer, how I should show up, who I was really speaking to and what the market actually wanted from me.
I used vague language. I overthought my positioning. I tried to define an ICP before I was intimate enough with the market to understand what people were really struggling with.
Then I started paying closer attention to perception, demand, buyer behaviour and the gap between what I thought I was selling and what people could actually understand, trust and buy.
Within six months, I made my first £100K in business.
Now I help other experts build the commercial clarity I had to create for myself — clearer positioning, sharper offers, cleaner sales conversations and a business that can lead to better-paid work.

I built this business because I wanted more from life and knew I would have to build for it properly if I was going to get there.
More money, because frankly, money gives me options, access, and room to build the kind of life I actually wanted.
That is a big part of why I care so much about the gap between real value and the way a business is currently being understood, bought, and trusted.
I have always understood sales. I have always understood that value does not speak for itself. People have to be able to place it quickly, trust it properly, and see why it matters at the level you want to be hired. Building my own business made that even sharper. If I was going to create the kind of life I wanted, being good at what I did was never going to be enough. The business had to make stronger sense to the right people.
I had been doing senior-level work for years, but the way we were talking about it meant people still came to us for execution rather than strategy. Eunice helped us see exactly where that disconnect was. Once we corrected it, the conversations changed quickly. We stopped being compared with junior consultancies and started being evaluated alongside more senior advisory firms, which mattered hugely during our funding round.
