The Live Diagnostic

A focused one-to-one session for independent experts who need to work out why the business is not bringing in the right clients, the right opportunities, or enough serious interest at all.

This is a one-hour diagnostic where we look closely at what your business is currently putting out into the market and what that is leading to.

We look at things like:

 

  • who your business seems to be for right now

  • what kind of demand, enquiries, or responses it is currently attracting

  • where the business is too broad, unclear, or easy to misread

  • what may be creating the wrong expectations

  • what is getting in the way of stronger-fit demand

  • what is keeping you tied to work you have already outgrown

  • what needs attention first

Why now

When a business is not landing properly, people usually do one of two things: they either keep pushing harder on what they already have, or they start changing everything at once.

 

Neither helps much if the real issue has not been identified.
