The Live Diagnostic

A focused one-to-one session for solo experts building or repositioning a one-person advisory business that is not yet bringing in the right clients, the right opportunities, or enough serious interest.

This is a one-hour diagnostic where we look closely at what your business is currently putting out into the market and what that is leading to.

We look at things like:

• who your business seems to be for right now
• what kind of demand, enquiries or responses it is currently attracting
• where the business is too broad, unclear or easy to misread
• what may be creating the wrong expectations
• why the right people may not be buying in properly
• what is keeping you tied to work you have already outgrown
• where referrals, old labels or vague positioning may be limiting the work coming in
• what needs attention first

Eunice has such a unique approach that I not only achieved the outcome I wanted but also excelled beyond it, shaping my business exactly as I imagined when I first decided this was my path (before it became something I didn't want). She deeply listened to my current situation, my existing approach and my desired business outcomes. She walked me through my own thoughts, dissected everything I shared and showed me my pattern and why my input wasn't yielding the results I really wanted. She advised from a place of understanding; rather than giving me a ready set strategy to follow, she helped me create my own and advised on its implementation.

Why now

When a business is not landing properly, people usually do one of two things: they either keep pushing harder on what they already have, or they start changing everything at once.

Neither helps much if the real issue has not been identified.

The longer you leave it, the longer the business keeps teaching people the wrong thing.

That affects who comes in, who does not come in, what they expect, how they compare you, and whether the work in front of you matches the direction you are actually trying to move in.

For a one-person advisory business, this matters.

Because if the market misunderstands what you do, it does not just create weaker enquiries. It can keep you tied to work you have outgrown, make your value harder to trust, and leave you relying on referrals instead of clear demand.

This session helps you stop losing time to the wrong fixes.

What you leave with

You leave knowing what is off, what is getting in the way, and what needs attention first.

By the end of the session, you will have a clearer view of:

• what your business is currently attracting
• how the right people may be reading or misreading your value
• where the message, offer or signal is creating confusion
• whether the issue is weak demand, wrong-fit demand, or both
• what is keeping you tied to the same level of work
• what is most likely shaping the wrong expectations
• what to focus on first if you want stronger-fit clients, better opportunities and more serious buying conversations

You are not leaving with vague advice.

You are leaving with a clearer picture of what is happening, what needs sorting first, and what the business needs to communicate if it is going to lead somewhere better.

Who this is for

This is for solo experts building or repositioning a one-person advisory business who know something is not working as it should.

That might look like:

• enquiries that are too small, too vague or not serious enough
• good work behind you, but not enough traction in the right direction
• being good in the room, but too dependent on referrals to get there
• visibility without enough serious demand
• a business that feels muddled, broad or hard to place properly
• a sense that you have moved on, but the business has not caught up
• long gaps between the right kinds of opportunities
• being known for the easier version of what you do, not the level you actually want
• people respecting your expertise, but still not fully understanding what to come to you for

You do not need to arrive with perfect words for the problem.

You just need to know that the business is not leading where you want it to lead.

"It was during my second session with Eunice that things really started to click. I realised the issue was never the quality of my thinking, it was the way I was being understood. As a business owner its soo easy to get stuck in your head. I was getting clients and they respected what I did, but I wasn’t being hired at the level I knew I should be. Within months, I moved from £12k projects to £35k advisory retainers! I wouldn't have believed it if it wasn't me! "
